INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders of $99 or more. Flat-rate shipping fees are available for orders below $99, and shipping fees to different countries will be calculated at checkout.

 

*Please take into account that all international orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

 

WHERE WE ARE AND WHERE WE SHIP FROM:

 

We operate from Bali and Shenzhen. We ship most of our products from modern metropolis cities of Shenzhen or Dongguan in Asia and have been working closely with one of the strongest and most reliable deliverers in the continent. We ship to almost every country in the world, if your country is not listed in the drop-down menu when selecting delivery information, please contact us or read the “NOT SERVING” section below.

 

 

PROCESSING/PRODUCTION TIME:

 

We have an array of both ready-to-ship and made-to-order headbands available to purchase on our website. For this reason, please allow 5-10 business days for us to create your order before shipping it out.

 

*The processing time does not include transportation time.

 

 

TRANSPORTATION TIME:

 

Shipment is done from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We sometimes do Saturday shipping, though we are unable to always guarantee such.

 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have placed an order. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

 SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

 

The Service Alerts page on UPS or USPS generally has updates on severe weather and natural disasters which may affect shipping speed.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

 

*Shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

 

 

INTERNATIONALS SHIPPING TAX

 

We will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.

 

Any refused international packages will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.

 

Please note that the shipping carrier may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing hair products.

 

NOT SERVING

 

At the moment, we do not send to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO military address, and Amazon address. Delivery services are also not available for us to send to any affiliated islands in various European countries. If you need to send one of our pieces to these addresses, please email us to work out a possible solution.

 

AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you would like to change your shipping address, please write to us at hello@ixorahair.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

 

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order, check out our Return Policy. The only thing we can do is to wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you a refund.

 

All international returns will incur a 30% restocking fee, this applies for any monetary refund.

 

There will be a new shipping cost for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.
