Your satisfaction is our goal. We accept returns on all eligible products within 30 days from the date the order is shipped.

 

HOW TO INITIATE RETURN:

To be eligible for a return, please send an email to hello@ixorahair.com and mention your purchase code to initiate the return process.

 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS:

 

We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, damaged, or containing odor or signs of wear or styling product. Return will be accepted no later than 30 days from the original ship date, and your item(s) must be sent in the same condition that you received them. Please note, that any request to return must first be emailed to hello@ixorahair.com

 

INELIGIBLE ITEMS:

 

Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling product are not eligible for return.

Damaged packaging or product as well as discontinued, closeout, and last call items are also ineligible.

Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Please note that ineligible products received by ixorahair.com will be returned to you at your expense.

 

REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Once your package gets returned back to our warehouse, we can then provide you with refund/exchange options as below:

 

  1. Refunds to original payment method are free within 14 days from purchase
  2. Refunds for store credit are free within 30 days from purchase
  3. Exchanges for identical priced items are free within 30 days of purchase

 

*A 30% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund amount for any monetary refunds. Restocking fee will not be charged if you opt for a store credit.

*Customer pays exchange/return shipping charges; and all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any item.

 

CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXHANGED

 

We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
